Team Coaching
The Arena Method® addresses specific coaching needs in work teams and staff groups. Arena Group coaches excel in assisting teams in identifying honorable goals and developing realistic plans for achieving them. Then as plans are executed, the Arena Method® provides systematic monitoring and feedback through the team's own observations to assure progress and success.

Project Management Coaching
The Arena Method® for Project Management is a powerful system used to develop or enhance personal competence in designing, conducting and finishing projects large and small. The Arena Method® provides developmental and procedural strategies for the
inexperienced partner undertaking a major project. Specific adaptations are made to the same system to support partners who already have a track record in designing and completing major projects. Partners in Project Management Training learn to apply path analysis, staging, communications analysis, collateral work, and team-building, along with other skills, to meet goals on time and on budget. They learn about entry point and productivity obstacles, and are coached in tactics for managing the closing crisis.
The Arena Method® for Project Management is a valuable training tool for new hires or new team members early in the project cycle, and can be an economical addition to project budgets in a variety of industries.
